Ruddington will soon have a new 24 hour cashpoint on Church Street.
For a short period, after the closure of HSBC’s branch in 2010 then Barclay’s in 2015, Ruddington was left without a single round-the-clock ATM in the village centre. Instead locals and visitors had to rely on cash-back, machines located inside Sainsbury’s or the Co-op during opening hours, or head to Loughborough Road filling station.
Earlier in 2016 Ruddington Post Office came to the rescue with a new hole-in-the-wall on High Street (click HERE for more).
And now planning permission has been granted for another 24 hour ATM in the Co-op shop front on Church Street (see photo).
It’s sure to be well used!
